We built our name on hiring work. But most founders who come to us aren't sure yet whether hiring is even the problem. Sometimes it's positioning. Sometimes it's the offer. Sometimes it's a team that isn't built for what the company is becoming yet.
The Fellowship exists to work on whatever that actually is, without a fixed scope decided before we've looked. We diagnose first, same as everything else we do. This cohort, we're doing it with a focus on female founders, twice a year.
Same arc we use everywhere. Assess, diagnose, build, sustain, compressed into three months instead of a longer engagement.
A real working session to find out what's actually creating friction, not what you assumed it was going in. You leave with a plain diagnosis and one measurable outcome we're both working toward.
The work itself, scoped to what the diagnosis actually found. That might be go-to-market positioning, a hiring philosophy and process, brand and content direction, or some combination. We follow the problem, not a template.
Everything documented so you can run it without us. A final session against the outcome we set in week two. An honest conversation about what continuing work, if any, looks like from here.
- You've started building something real and hit a wall you can't quite name yet
- You're early enough that a fixed-scope paid engagement isn't the right first move
- You're willing to be diagnosed honestly, including on things that have nothing to do with why you applied
- You're comfortable with the work being referenced afterward, by name or anonymized, your choice
- You already know exactly what you need and just need it executed fast. Look at our paid engagements instead
- You're not able to commit real time weekly for three months
- You're not open to the work being referenced in any form afterward
