Do Better Consulting ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website dobetterconsulting.net. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it. We take your privacy seriously. We collect only what we need, we use it only for the purpose it was given, and we don't sell it to anyone.

Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways: information you give us directly, and information collected automatically when you use the site.
The contact form (/contact), press inquiry form (/press), and partner inquiry form (/partner-with-us) are HubSpot Forms embeds. They collect your name, email, company, reason for reaching out, and message, and store that information in our HubSpot CRM.
The newsletter signup in the footer on every page, and inline on Insights articles, is a HubSpot Form that collects your email address and adds you to our HubSpot marketing list.
The Precision Gap Assessment (/gap) submits your quiz answers and contact information directly to HubSpot so we can send you your results.
The Founder Fellowship application is a hosted HubSpot form.
Booking a consultation uses HubSpot Meetings, which collects your name, email, and anything else you provide when scheduling.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site traffic and how visitors use the site.
We use Microsoft Clarity for session recording and heatmaps, so we can see how visitors actually navigate the site and find where things are confusing.
The HubSpot tracking script runs sitewide to support our forms, chat, and marketing analytics.
Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time of visit) are collected for security and performance.
All of the above — GA4, Clarity, and HubSpot tracking — are configured to run only on the live production domain, not on staging or preview builds.
We do not sell your information to third parties or data brokers.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

— Send content and updates you've subscribed to
— Understand and improve the site through analytics and session-recording tools
— Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not use your information to serve you third-party advertising outside of dobetterconsulting.net.
Email Communications
If you subscribe to our email list, you will receive content from Do Better Consulting. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send. We use HubSpot to manage our email list. HubSpot's privacy policy is available at legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy.
We will never send you unsolicited commercial email. We will never share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies
This website uses cookies to improve your browsing experience. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use functional cookies necessary for the site to operate correctly.
Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and HubSpot set cookies for analytics, session recording, and forms/marketing functionality. These are not used for third-party ad targeting as far as we are aware.
